Added 17-07-2011 Hoax virus warning email
For the couple of hundredth time, we have received an e-mail (in one of its new formats) warning of a virus that will wipe your computer, we know it to be a hoax. (click here for screen capture of email & detailed overview)
Brief Outline
Warning message claims that an email with an attached Power Point presentation called "Life is beautiful" is a virus that will destroy all files on the infected computer.
Brief Analysis
The information in the message is false. There is not, nor has there ever been a virus like the one described in this message. The email is a hoax and should not be forwarded to others.
Only listen to the professionals, for real warnings

Added 02-07-2011 Credit card scam/virus warning
We warned you last year, about a virus that was doing the rounds, it has reared its ugly head again, but in a different form, but still pretending to be "windows security, etc....". If your computer contracts this virus, it will lay dormant till Microsoft updates come in, so as to make itself look more legit, and gives you false virus readings, system errors etc.....
DO NOT be fooled by this, and whatever you do, DO NOT click the fix button, as this fully activates the virus, and you are asked for $40-50 to remove issues it found. The whole thing is just a credit card scam, and all they want, is your credit/bank card details.
If you do find you have this virus, contact us A.S.A.P.
